SmartTrade AI Information

SmartTrade AI is a market-signals and analytics platform for crypto, forex, commodities, Indian stocks and indices. The platform itself lives at smarttradeai.online. This page is a plain reference: what the terms in the tools mean, and how to use them responsibly.

Glossary

Signal
A market view (for example BUY, SELL or HOLD) for one asset on one timeframe. It is information to review, not an instruction to trade.
Confidence score
A measure of how strongly the platform's indicators agree with each other. It describes agreement, not the probability of profit.
Timeframe
The length of one candle on a chart, such as 1 minute, 15 minutes, 1 hour or 1 day.
Timeframe confluence
When shorter and longer timeframes point the same way. Agreement across timeframes is usually treated as a stronger reason to look closer.
Entry, stop-loss and target
The price where a trade would be opened, the price where it would be closed to limit the loss, and the price where it would be closed to take profit.
Risk:reward
How much a trade could gain compared with how much it could lose. A 1:2 ratio means the target is twice as far away as the stop-loss.
Position sizing
Deciding how much to put into one trade so that hitting the stop-loss costs only an amount you have chosen in advance.
Drawdown
The fall from a previous peak in account value, usually shown as a percentage. It shows how deep the worst dip has been.
Paper trading
Practising with simulated money and prices so ideas can be watched without risking real capital.
Watchlist
Your own shortlist of assets to follow closely.
